Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots
100 double-unders
Men use 20-lb. ball to 10 feet, Women use 14-lb. ball to 9 feet
This week on 15.3 we had many outstanding performances. This workout was one that the farther you went the more it hurt, so it was fun to watch people push themselves and see how much they could endure. There are three performances that need to be mentioned this week: first Goran Grbič put up a score of 1025 reps which is good enough to place tied for 3rd in this workout in all of Europe and tied for 19th place in the world among the scaled division! Secondly, Florjan Rus was able to manage his first muscle us on Friday then on Sunday he put up a score of 137 reps, which is almost one complete ground. What an accomplishment! Lastly, Anže Kus, with a score of 1017 reps in the scaled division has managed to place himself in 6th place for 15.3, and with this score he is sitting in 21st place in Europe overall! Congratulations to everyone who took this work out as a challenge and some completed their first muscle up this week. On 15.4!
