For as long as possible:
From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern
15.2 is done! Over! In the books! See ya next year 15.2…maybe?! Our 14 athletes (plus one friend from the US Embassy) completed many overhead squats and pullups this weeks and all did very well in this tough couplet. What We love about Crossfit is the measurability of the sport. Sergij Potočnik’s score on this workout in 2014 was 83 reps, this year he increased his score (on the same workout) to 137 reps. Major improvement! Way to go Sergij! Another star of this week was Anže Kus. His score amongst the scaled division of 258 reps placed him tied for 17th place in Europe on 15.2. Awesome effort! While there are many guesses floating around the gym as to what 15.3 will bring, We know one thing…it will be a challenging task for sure! Great effort this week to all of our athletes. Bring it 15.3…. we are ready!
