10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)

REEBOK CROSSFIT GAMES OPEN 2015 – WEEK ONE IN THE BOOKS
I am so excited that after a slow start for our gym in the number of people that registered for the Open, we made a last minute push to have 14 athletes competing! Regardless of your goal for this Open season, the energy in the gym during these workouts is amazing. Yesterday, all Crossfit classes performed Open wod 15.1 and 15.1a. As a coach I was super impressed with some of the performances. From personal bests on the 1 rep max clean and jerk to people doing the wod Rx’d who didn’t think they could. The encouragement and competition was a sight to see! Thank you for putting forth a great effort everyone!
Now, Open Wod 15.2 will be release early Friday morning (our time), so get ready for another great workout next Monday!
If you would like to come and cheer on our “official” athletes, we will be performing 15.2 on Sunday afternoon from 4-7pm. The more cheerleaders the better! Thanks for making our jobs as coaches easy, but coaching some amazing people!
